The Idylwylde Golf & Country Club provides a natural setting for your gatherings, offering a panoramic view of Lake Nepahwin and our beautiful golf course. Whether you are planning a meeting, a wedding, a cocktail party or a banquet we are ready to assist you.

Planning a menu for your event can be a stressful task. Our Chef and his staff will prepare your food selections with care and only the best quality ingredients. Our wide selection of menu options makes your task easier.

When in full use, the clubhouse can comfortably seat up to 160 guests for your private funciton. For smaller groups individual areas can seat the following:

  • Fireplace area: up to 72
  • Dining area: up to 40
  • Bar area: up to 84
The Board Room can privately accomodate up to 16 people for a meeting, meal or both.

Golf Tournaments

Thank you for your interest to host your golf tournament at the Idylwylde!

The Idylwylde is pleased to offer the following in all our group packages for up to 144 players:
  • Green Fees and Golf Carts
  • Staff to provide assistance in directing and loading carts
  • Complimentary use of our Practice Range
  • Registration table set-up outside the Pro-Shop with a P.A. system for announcements. Idylwylde staff can help introduce representatives, explain the rules and welcome all guests
  • Prize table set-up
  • Two on-course concession carts at your service. These carts sell snacks, liquor, wine, beer and soft-drinks. Cash only
Additional Services Available:
  • Prize ordering (can be personalized with your company logo/name)
  • Grab Bags- tees, divot repair, golf balls, golf cap, golf shirts, coupons etc. (can be personalized with your company logo/name)
  • Pre-event Golf Clinic

Curling Bonspiels

Thank you for your interest in hosting your curling bonspiel at the Idylwylde!

The Idylwylde has a 5 sheet curling rink, dining services and viewing area for guests. Each draw can consist of up to 40 people (8 people per sheet of ice) and length of time varies on how many ends you would like to curl.

Ice Bookings can be booked:
  • Hourly (based on two hour increments)
  • Half Day
  • Full Day
Draws can be:
  • 4 end games
  • 6 end games
  • 8 end games

Meetings and Conferences

Being an Idylwylde member provides you free rental of the clubhouse for any private meetings/conferences upon availablility. For smaller gatherings the Board Room can privately accomodate up to 16 people for a meeting, meal or both.
